Design and Install rooftop pv system
1. RECEIVE CUSTOMER INFORMATION
Before starting the system design, FUKI engineers gather information about the load, rooftop, and specific customer requirements. This process helps accurately determine the needs and objectives for the solar power/storage system.
2. CONDUCT MESUREMENTS AND POWER CALCULATION
FUKI engineers conduct on-site surveys at the customer’s proposed installation location to identify factors such as the site position, installation area, connection points, cable routing, and performance-impacting elements like shading obstructions.
3. CONDUCT SYSTEM AND ESTIMATE EXPENSE
Based on the collected data and site survey, FUKI will create detailed technical drawings, a 3D model of the system, and a financial estimate with a quotation for the customer. This provides the customer with a comprehensive overview of the system, investment costs, and the expected payback period.
4. SERVICE AGREEMENT
Once the customer is satisfied with the design quality, products, and costs, FUKI will provide a service contract to officially initiate the project.
5. INSTALLATION
FUKI’s technical team carries out the installation in accordance with the agreed design and timeline, ensuring construction safety and close coordination with other contractors during the implementation process.
6. CONSTRUCTION ACCEPTANCE
After completing the installation, FUKI will conduct system testing and acceptance jointly with the customer, ensuring the delivered product meets the committed quality and performance standards.
7. Monitor and maintain system
The remote monitoring and control system developed by FUKI helps customers optimize system operations, extend system lifespan, reduce the payback period, which will enhance investment efficiency
